Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic globally and as a nation, BOND’s first concern is for the health and safety of our employees, our clients, our construction partners, and our communities where we work. In response to this crisis, we have instituted rigorous jobsite and workplace policies to stop the spread of the coronavirus. These policies will serve as the foundation for our commitment to a safe and healthy environment in order to deliver our services successfully. We will continue to adhere to the local and federal guidelines and monitor COVID-19 to get through this crisis.

Safety and Wellness Protocols

BOND Building Construction, Inc. and BOND Civil & Utility Construction, Inc. jobsites are supported by safety and operations professionals who will implement and execute the following preventions on all BOND projects. It is expected that all BOND employees and construction partners adhere to these requirements as the new standard now and in the future. The protocols are as follows (and not limited to):

• Daily Wellness Checks
• Strict Adherence to “No Working If You Are Sick”
• Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Mandatory Social Distancing
• Frequent Hand Washing and Hand Sanitizing
• Disinfecting of Work/Common Areas, Surfaces, Equipment, Tools, Vehicles
• Daily Toolbox Talks/Trainings and Communications Promoting Safety and Wellness
• Employee Assistance Programming and Support

Community and Industry Accountability

The BOND Companies will continue to be active industry partners through associations and trade groups representing our employees, peer groups and collaborators to stay informed and have a seat at the table as work policies change and develop. In addition, we will remain available to our local communities and healthcare client groups during this crisis to provide support and assistance. Essential construction and critical power and energy infrastructure work will continue to be a priority for our teams to strengthen our cities, towns, neighborhoods, campuses, and roadways.
