Subcontractor Prequalification

BOND Building Construction, Inc. is pleased to invite your firm to be considered for upcoming projects. To move forward, you must become pre-qualified through Highwire.

We have integrated Highwire’s assessment platform into our pre-qualification process so that we can evaluate subcontractors’ performance history and current safety management systems. Highwire’s “Contractor Success” mindset helps partnering firms deliver outstanding work, on budget, on schedule — by proactively collaborating to mitigate safety, financial, quality, and sustainability risks throughout every project lifecycle.

What to Expect

When you enroll with Highwire, you will be asked to provide key documentation, including:

  • Company Safety Manual
  • OSHA 300A Forms
  • EMR Documents
  • Other relevant financial and operational documents

Cost & Subscription Information

There is a connection fee associated with becoming part of the Highwire platform. BOND uses Highwire’s Comprehensive package for our subcontractor pre-qualification. Please visit Highwire’s official subscription pricing page for full details:
