James oversees the financial management of BOND Building. With years of finance experience in the construction industry, he is a strong leader and strategic planner with a proven background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
James joined BOND Building in 2018 and has implemented best practices in building a strong Building Division finance team. Previously, he was CFO for both J.F. White Contracting Company and Trinity Building and Construction. He also worked for Shawmut Design and Construction.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Western Governors University. He is actively involved in several industry organizations including the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Massachusetts Chapter, where he serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer.
Beyond Bond
A native New Englander, James enjoys "everything outdoors" such as kayaking, hiking and paddle boarding. James resides in Lowell, Massachusetts which he chose for its vibrant history and unique culture. He says, "I enjoy the old mill buildings and the rich past of Lowell. There's always something to do with great food, multi-cultural festivals and a growing artistic community."
