Steve leads BOND Building’s safety team and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s safety programs, policies, and procedures. Drawing on deep expertise in safety engineering, construction operations and insurance administration, he brings a comprehensive, field-informed approach to risk management across both heavy and light construction environments.
With nearly 35 years of construction industry experience, Steve spent two decades as Corporate Safety Director for BOND Brothers, where he helped define and elevate safety standards across the organization. In his current role as Safety Director for BOND Building, he has transitioned his enterprise-level leadership to focus directly on project execution, driving safety excellence and embedding best practices into day-to-day operations.
Beyond Bond
Steve is a graduate of Keene State College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety Studies. He is an active member of the AGC Safety Committee and the OSHA Roundtable of Eastern Massachusetts.
