Mike Landry is Chief Financial Officer of BOND Building Construction, overseeing financial management and playing a pivotal role on the senior leadership team. With an extensive tenure in general accounting, and financial reporting and strategy, he is recognized for his strategic leadership, value creation, and client-centric outcomes.
Mike joined the BOND team in 2016 from RSM with a background in public accounting and financial operations within the built environment. In his nearly ten-year tenure at BOND, Mike’s focus has been on improving BOND’s corporate finance and accounting functions while laying the groundwork for scaling and transforming the organization for growth. Mike prides himself and his high-performing team for their ambitious standards and constant drive for improvement, both of which have facilitated identifying investment opportunities and areas for financial growth company wide.
Mike is a proud alumnus of St. John’s Prep and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a member of Construction Financial Management Association’s Massachusetts Chapter. Mike hails from Peabody, Massachusetts and now resides in Newburyport with his wife and children.

Mike is an Eastcoaster through and through. Whether in Massachusetts or his vacation destination of choice, Florida, Mike loves to spend time at the beach. In his free time, he also prioritizes participation in his kids’ activities, delving into yardwork and various projects around his home, or hitting the links for a game of golf.
